On March 26, 2024, three months ago, I bought Skechers shoes from Shoemall through Amazon, and in only three months, the shoes were ruined and broken on the inside. I wear these shoes for about 45 minutes four or five days a week and it isn't fair that I paid ninety-something dollars for a defective product that lasted only three months.
I contacted Shoemall and they didn't want to refund my money, saying that 60 days had passed and told me to talk to the manufacturer. I contacted Shoemall because they sold the shoes, not the manufacturer.
My feet were hurting and I realized that it was because the inside of the shoes was broken and ruined. This company is a big fraud.

Using cell phone. Ordered shoes three times.
Clicked on submit order. Did not get any confirmation of order. Got disconnected on first phone call. 2nd an third calls said number was incorrect.
(Not true). Finally got service person and ordered by phone.

Cannot contact Shoemall in the united states.
Poor telephone contact...cannot understand customer agent due to transformation via telephone towers.

I read the reviews of Shoe Mall after ordering a pair of shoes from them about a week ago. I was on pins and needles waiting for my shoes to come, sure that I would experience at least one of the problems I read about in the reviews.
One week later, the shoes arrived via FedEx, on time and perfectly packaged. Maybe it was just a fluke and this site is as bad as everyone made it seem, but I guess I got lucky because I had absolutely no issues.

I really was not aware that I used a service called "pissed consumer.com"! I just wanted to ask a question about a return from two different orders.
Generally I really like shimo, except for the fact that you have to pay for returns. I honestly try to order from Zappos whenever I can because the returns are free, but my favorite brand is it true Mall and they're very nice shoes. Since I don't have a lot of money, being retired and on a pension, I often have to order a lot just to get them to fit, and then I have to return them.
I was told that I would have to return them in two separate boxes because they're from two separate orders, which I don't like, so I'm trying to decide if I should just keep them or take the hit. I've never had a problem with an order or with customer service, very happy with that, just wish they were a little more affordable and easier to return.

Hey,
I received my shoe order #9257****-- however they were different from the shoes advertised; As well, I received another package of the same shoes, however, I never ordered two pairs and they didn't come with an order number or an invoice.
What would be the best way for me to handle this matter?

On Nov. 27, 2022 I've ordered for my wife a Moncler Coat, L-size, color-Black as a present for my wife for the New Year.
Order number: 105036.
I got the coat about a month later ( Dec.
29, 2022) and found out that the coat is small for her, and that maybe I should order an XL size.
All I know is that was shipped from a logistic center in Vilnius, LITHUANIA.
I sent a message through "Contact Us", telling about my problem and asking if there is a way/procedure to return and exchange the L-size coat for an XL-size.
As of now I still looking for an answer.
Please check how it can be done and inform me what to do. Of course, I shall pay for the second shipment and the necessary procedures required to accomplish this task.

Very upset paid 25.00 dollars for express shipping and still have not got shoes its been five days and I needed the shoes thats why I paid extra when I track them it says delayed with fed ex and while trying to contact your company i cant email you it wont send and no one will answer customer service and to get someone in lune they want to charge me a dollar to talk to someone
